About the lighthouse:
The official name of this unusual lighthouse in Bandon is Coquille River, but the local residents frequently refer to it as Bandon Light. Once abandoned, the lighthouse fell into disrepair but was rescued and restored by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Overall lamp height is 24".
