About the lighthouse:
Located on the Agate and Burlington Bays of Lake Superior, Two Harbors Lighthouse sports a 50-foot-tall square, red brick tower that is attached to a very large square, brick dwelling, as handsome today as when it was built in 1892. In recent years, airport-style beacons replaced the fourth-order Fresnel Lens, and the still-active lighthouse was fully automated in 1981. Overall lamp height is 24".
